Compostable bagasse food grade oval appetizer for serving hot or cold foods. These bowls allow to serve small portions of appertizers or hors d'oeuvres as well as tasting portions.
The bowls are microwave-safe and are resistant to oils and grease. Suitable for use with foods from -18ºC/+100ºC.
Bagasse is the natural residue left over from sugar extraction and a by-product of the food industry. By using this natural waste, we are left with a material that is suitable for all kinds of food, both hot and cold. Since it is a natural resource, the products are compostable and biodegradable and a great sustainable and environmentally-friendly alternative to plastic.
